The following subjects are available:

1. Hindi Literature
2. English Literature
3. Sanskrit
4. Political Science
5. Economics
6. Medieval and Modern History
7. Statistics

All the subjects are optional. However, the admission seekers should carefully select three subjects well before the admission subject to the following provisions:

1. Out of three literature subjects (Hindi, English and Sanskrit) not more than two subjects can be selected.
2. The three subjects selected will have to be studied in second year also.
3. In third year, only two subjects will have to be studied.

According rules of the university, students will have to compulsorily study Environmental Studies and pass in the same also.
